How do Hozaifa credits work?

Credits are shown in USD. Free includes a one-time $4 starter credit, and Pro includes $20 in monthly Hozaifa credits.

Can I buy more Hozaifa credits?

Yes. Eligible plans can purchase top-up packs in $7, $25, or $100 credit bundles.

What is included in Pro?

Pro unlocks cloud provider usage (including BYOK), includes $20/month in Hozaifa credits, and supports top-ups when needed.

How do Team and Enterprise billing work?

Team and Enterprise are quote-based plans — there is no self-serve checkout. Contact sales for pricing, seats, and contract terms. After signing, we manually provision your subscription, credit pool, and admin access.

Is my Simulink model data sent to the cloud?

Chat context stays on your desktop. Cloud providers only receive the prompts you send when using cloud models.

Do you support on-prem deployment?

Enterprise customers can discuss private deployment options with our sales team.

What MATLAB versions are supported?

MATLAB R2021b or later is recommended for Simulink MCP integration.

Can I switch between stable and beta releases?
